The day got cold
The day got cold, and the clouds closed in.
No one was around.
I heard the whispers, my body shivered.
I got so scared.
I felt the pain, come back again.
I saw your lips tremble.
I could feel the loneliness between us.
I knew the time was coming.
I knew the time was coming...
So we held hands till it was time.
The wind blew harder,
I could feel your presence getting further.
Your voice started to fade,
so I screamed your name.
You were gone, you were gone.
Oh I felt so alone.
I still don't know where I stand.
On nights like this,
I can remember it so clearly.
The heartache and pain,
grows so deep inside of me.
Loneliness overcomes happiness,
and I feel so alone.
